1. Good Samaritan Disclosure & Public Data
GitShield provides threat intelligence purely as a courtesy. All data presented in our dossiers is aggregated via Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) strictly from publicly accessible internet endpoints (e.g., public GitHub repositories, unauthenticated APIs). GitShield does not bypass authentication, decrypt traffic, or access private networks.
2. Zero-Touch Operations
GitShield does not perform penetration testing, exploit vulnerabilities, or interact with internal corporate infrastructure. We strictly observe and index data that is already exposed to the general public.
3. Complete Limitation of Liability
By utilizing this dashboard or accessing our intelligence, the user irrevocably agrees that GitShield assumes absolutely no liability for data breaches, financial losses, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from the public exposure of the user's infrastructure. The user indemnifies GitShield against any legal action arising from their own misconfigured or publicly exposed environments.
